I think the sense of irony with the protagonist isn't very funny - it's a little too flip-floppy...as if it's trying to operate on two different levels: one being the fantastical and the other being snide attempts at truth-claims.

Parts of this short film are very funny, by other parts are kind of stupid. Well directed and acted.
